I needed a quick light installation before a home inspection and Paul was able to come out the same morning! He was incredibly fast and knowledgeable, answering all my other other electric questions. They were super professional and there when I needed them. I would recommend Withrow to my friends, my grandma and anyone in between.
Took literally 3 months for them to come out and do the work. They didn't perform all of the items on the list, and left me with a dead sewer pump, which they offered to rewire for $1200. From early October into early January, when they finally did the job, I called maybe once a week asking for an update (they never called me), and every time I was asked to repeat every detail: my name, address, phone, and the list of items on my ticket. All of these reviews saying they make their customers feel important was never my experience. I felt like a nuisance once they cashed my deposit. The only good part of my experience was how quickly they showed up to bid the job. Once they had.me under contract, it soured quickly and stayed that way.In addition to having my general contractor get behind because of the electrical delays, having raw sewage spilling into my yard, and having items forgotten about when the work was being done (but not when the bill came), they also didn't bother to label any of the breakers for the new box, which tells me they didn't bother to check all of their work to be sure things were done properly. They would just wait for a call if something wasn't working, which again, is what happened when I found my sewer backing up into the yard.If you're a homeowner, I'd recommend calling someone else. Precision Electric or Mid Missouri Electric are both good. I thought I'd get super fast, quality service from Withrow, based on their initial bidding response and others' reviews, but I am here to say I will never contact them again nor recommend them.
Josh did a great job and very quickly identified the issue with my kitchen light - then fixed it very quickly. He helped me fix the issue with my Ring doorbell and chime inside my house. Highly recommend!
We have used Withrow Electric for many years and they are always very professional and polite. We recently had Josh replace a GFCI switch in our garage and install two outdoor light fixtures. He came early (called first) and was so pleasant and efficient. It was only 17 degrees outside and he did not complain and kept his great positive attitude. Definitely ask for Josh and use Withrow!
I dont ever write reviews on here but wanted to give this company the credit they deserve!Great work! I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work they have done. We hired the company to replace the bathroom fan and install a new box for a ceiling fan for a room that never had a ceiling light in it. They got here in the morning an was gone, cleaned up behind them within 2 hours. Will be definitely using Withrow again in the near future! Thank you for all your hard work.
