Carlos came in and diagnosed the problem after examining the fan. It turned out to be a very simple adjustment of the remote control, and once that was done, the ceiling fan worked perfectly. The remote was reset to the correct codes, and no replacement or extensive repairs were needed. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and quick solution provided.
