Recent reviews show mixed feedback. Positive comments mention technicians who arrive prepared, explain code considerations, and resolve issues efficiently. Critical reviews cite concerns about permitting, pricing clarity, and delayed arrival or limited work performed on first visit. Prospective customers often note better outcomes when estimates, permits, and inspection plans are confirmed up front.
This place is such a joke. My grandma had called at 4:40 one day and was told they’d come in about an hour. Fast forward to 8:00 and they finally arrive. Then upon arrival they didn’t do anything but flick a power switch and ask for $1800 just to go further into seeing what the issue was. What a joke and a scam trying to get $1800 out of an old lady. Pathetic. It was 2 latino guys who did nothing but get $175 from an old lady the company should be ashamed
AVOID the Electrian Guys, who are subcontracted through this company National Electric. I was charged almost $10k to replace my panel and outside service. No permit was pulled. I was informed by another electrician that they found NUMEROUS code violations in the work they did, and I was severely overcharged. I am in the process of hearing back from them on if they want to repair their shoddy work and make it up to code, with a refund of the enormous amount they scammed from me... or if they want to hear from a lawyer and get sued.
Chris did a wonderful job. Was able to solve my issue within a timely fashion. Very pleasant to work with
I seriously wouldn't use these guys for anything. They came out and helped us out we needed a whole bunch of electrical done when Board of Water and Light shutter power off. They did a good job but they did not have an inspected so I had to have another electrician take on the responsibility they ignored my phone calls. Never responded to anything. They are terrible and they charged me way more money than necessary don't use them if you're smart. I learned my lesson on how not to be taken advantage of
Had the pleasure of working with Robert over the phone. Al and Will were excellent! They did exactly what was needed and explained the rationale every step of the way. We will be working with them in the future as our house is ancient and they were very generous with providing recommendations based on current codes. They were very concerned with our satisfaction and we really appreciated it. Robert even checked in with us later during the repair. We felt very comfortable working with all of them. Thank you, fellas!
