The company came out and charge me $100 just to come out. They never told me this and the person was there 30 minutes did no work. They try charge me $140.

They canceled once and came back another day and I talk to customer service and they were no help when I got the bill. They kept saying the person did work but it didn't.

They person said it would pass inspection but I decided to knock down a little bit wall be safe side. The inspector said it's food thing I did that or I would have failed. The company is really bad do not recommend

Worst experience with the company ….
Called them to get my genrac generator repaired.
Technician told me it’s an old one and will need replacement so I told him to get me a quote for new one.
Danny the owner came and did a walk around.
After few days I got an invoice of $275 from them for change of oil and filter on my OLD generator which the technician already declared irreparable.
I called them and the office lady said she will check with Danny about i, she called back and said it’s there as technician did change oil on already declared old and irreparable generator. I paid my invoice but they lost a customer and I will make sure all my friends and neighbors don’t call this company again….

Unacceptable and will never call them for any repairs…

When we bought our home a few years ago, the previous owner recommended Thee Electric to us to perform routine maintenance on our generac. I called them and scheduled the tune up, and the secretary explained to me that it would probably take an hour or so since the technician would take things apart, oil and grease and fine tune and all that jazz. When the technician arrived, he spent a grand total of 5 minutes with my generator (no possible way he did all the things that were promised), then awkwardly stood talking to me at my door for another half hour. It felt very much like he was just trying to kill time and the conversation was very forced. He did not talk to me about things I can or should be doing for regular maintenance, how to know if there are issues, etc.

They called me back recently to say that their records indicated it was time for service on my unit. I figured I would just go with them again since they already had all my info, but this time I planned to go outside and talk with the technician while he serviced the unit so I could ask more questions and hopefully prompt a more thorough job. Then I was driving by Thee's office about a week before my scheduled tune up and noticed they have a Trump sign in front of their business. Am I surprised? Not at all. But at the end of the day, regardless of your political affiliation, I firmly believe that you need to keep that out of your professional dealings. I called the same day and cancelled my service contract.

Overall I cannot recommend this company less. Their work and technicians are sub-par and they clearly care more about touting their religious and political viewpoints than providing quality service.

Our Thee Electric technician was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained what he was doing and showed us what to look for if any problems arose. The office staff at Thee Electric was just as personable and friendly as their technician. It’s been our pleasure to do business with them.

Aaron from Thee Electrical performed electrical work on a building I own, he was contracted by one of my tenants without proper permission. Aaron only performed a small amount of work, and in this small amount of work I was easily able to identify three obvious code violations. One of which prevents me from drywalling over the surface-ran Romex. Aaron left very obvious and ugly holes in the existing drywall when running his new circuit into the electrical panel with no sign of any attempt to fix it or return it to its original, intact condition. When contacted about fixing these mistakes, Thee Electric claimed no responsibility and suggested this job was Aaron's "side work." When contacted directly, Aaron acknowledged (through a voicemail) that it was his work but when asked about returning to fix the work up to NEC standards, he refused to respond. Whether this was official Thee Electric work or not, I would not trust these individuals with any residential, industrial, or commercial electrical work.
