Matt was great. Came on a rush job and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Walked me through the fix and made some recommendations, rechecked my outlet replacement, which did need attention to reterminate old, burned wire/insulation connections. A complete professional at a very fair price, couldn't be better. Highly recommended for your electrical needs. I know I'm never losing his contact info. in my phone and will pass it on to all my friends looking for an electrician.

We had a great experience with MQ Electrical. Matt upgraded our electrical service and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was able to use the existing post on our house, which made the install much smoother and more efficient, and everything was done cleanly and correctly. We’ve also used Matt in the past to fix our pool pump and timer, and each time he’s been wildly professional, communicative, and clearly knows his craft. His work is high quality and he takes real pride in doing things the right way. We’ll absolutely be using MQ for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I just want to start by saying Matt is an excellent electrician!! He knows his stuff, is friendly, courteous, and will explain everything to you without making you feel uncomfortable in any way. He has good suggestions and won’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. His work is very neat and clean. He replaced my electrical panel and I’ve never seen a cleaner looking electrical cabinet!! Very professional looking as if you hired a government contractor, where only the best is accepted. He also installed several electrical outlets to their own breakers, and a generator hook up outlet for outside that is going to make my life so much easier next time the power is out. I can’t stress enough how neat all his wiring is, you would think everything he installed came with the house. I’m so pleased with his work that in the spring I’m going to have him install a bunch of electrical goodies only backyard enclosed patio, ceiling fans, lights, speakers, and a bunch of outlets and switches for everything. Do yourself a favor, call this guy, he works alone and pays close attention to detail. He is very reasonable with his pricing as well. Thank you so much Matt!!

I’ve used MQ Electrical several times, for lighting in my basement projects, replacing old wiring, panel modifications & improvements (60 year old house, needed to delete a few spaghetti junction boxes), and most recently a sub-panel run to the garage. Matt works his tail off, but my favorite thing about him is his attention to detail, and neat and tidiness. I’m a bit OCD for level, plumb, and parallel lines, and he cares about that too, so it’s nice to see his work done in a timely and consistent fashion. I can’t seem to stop finding projects around the house, and won’t hesitate to call MQ Electrical again. The best in the business!

Matt completed a major electrical upgrade for me including service upgrade from 150 to 200 amps, a panel upgrade, EV charger installation, an outlet to connect my generator to the transfer switch and new garage outlets. Other electrical companies I talked to were not willing to quote pulling a new line to enable to 200 amps but Matt looked at it and thought it was doable and did it. This enabled the installation of an EV charger with max capability up to 11.5 KW. He also installed the car charger with a direct line from the panel to the car charger eliminating reliability issues with a plug or even a connection to a charger pig tail. He was extremely responsive through all phases of the project and did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. He took great pride in the neatness of his work and was professional. Through the whole process Matt recommended the highest quality solutions but not at a high price. His quote was the best by far and the work was first rate. I will be recommending MQ Electric to anyone I know who needs electrical work done.
