Update#2: We ended up going to Brothers Flooring and It was fantastic. Less expensive, quick install.Update: Owner now modified their response, which was the right thing to do. Very disappointed by the entire experience with Chateau Flooring.Unfortunately nobody got back to me to let me know they received my email or let me know they were looking into it. We heard nothing. I sent you notice on The weekend, not Friday to let you know not to bother because nobody had gotten back to me even to let me know they were working on it. For comparisson we contacted another flooring company the same day we saw you. They were much more eager to get back to us and let us know they were working on it. I did not change the product, I changed the finish. Your price was high by 20% for the exact same product even with the "freight fees" waived. Such a privelage for you to advocate for me to get a better price. Poor customer service and lame excuses. You would have been better off not responding.Updating review. Under new ownership. I think they forgot about me. We visited this place last week to replace 350 SF of carpet for hardwood. We haven't heard anything back, no quote, no communication. I think our project is a little too small for this company. Went with another company and got a response right away. Previous owners were better
I don't write many reviews, but I had to for Chateau Flooring because of how impressed I was with them! Jodi was great to work with right from the start - she was very knowledgeable and had lots of great ideas to help with our flooring and tile selections and pulling everything together. She checked in during the installation to make sure we were happy with how things were going. Also, all of the installers we had were absolutely terrific - very friendly, efficient and also highly skilled at what they did. We are so pleased with their work and I would definitely recommend Chateau Flooring to anyone!
After being very disappointed with another flooring store nearby, a coworker mentioned to try Chateau flooring. From the pleasant greeting at the from counter to discussions with the owner for a DYI project and having the materials need to finish the flooring, I am so glad I found this great flooring store. For all my flooring needs they are my first and usually only stop needed.Thanks, as I appreciate dealing with local companies.
We needed our buckled carpet repaired and we contacted Chateau Flooring for help. Although they had not installed this 5 year old carpet, they recommended one of their best repair technicians to come fix our carpet. Denis was prompt and extremely knowledgeable having been in this business for over 30 years. The carpet had originally been poorly installed which necessitated it be completely pulled up and reinstalled. The fee Denis charged was not enough for the many hours of work he put in. The end result of the carpet repair was perfect, it didn’t look that good back when it was originally installed. Kudos to Chateau Flooring and its technicians for providing caring and professional services. We would not hesitate to recommend them for your flooring needs.
Chateau Flooring was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I chose to deal with them. The service we received was excellent. All the staffwere very professional and helpful. A special thanks to Marco who provided me with excellent advice about the vinyl tile I chose for the kitchen and the carpet for the living room and bedroom. Jeremy was meticulous installing the vinyl tiles and the two carpet installers did a great job. I would highly recommend Chateau Flooring to anyone looking for fast and efficient service as well as reasonable prices.
