Went there for a shower remodel project. Gave them my budget and style I was looking for. Helped me find everything I needed. Very easy to return extra/unneeded items. Loaded heavy items into my car for me. Everyone in the store and on the phone was very helpful. Would definitely shop there again.
I love the tile selections in floor and decor. The employees are always very helpful and professional. Today I would like to give special thanks to Auroa store general manager Bill. I was doing a very large remodeling work and bought $15k material from floor and decor. But made a mistake with one of the tiles I ordered. I had to order new ones and return the old ones. These are 48x48 very large size tiles. Bill was very understanding and helpful with the return. Because of Bill, Floor and Decor will be my go-to store for tiles.
Skip the big box stores when you’re doing home flooring and more. Better selection and better products here. Hands down.Prices are reasonable. Staff is educated on their products. Good inventory. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to shop here. Thank you for good customer service and selection.
Jalen was our hero of the day! We are working on a bathroom remodel and he jumped right in and walked us through how to make decisions on the shower kit we wanted, helped us with floor tile, grout color and even found a shower wall tile that they had at another location that was a better match then the one I was going to buy at Home Depot. I already love Floor and Decor but Jalen took it to another level! Excellent customer service and a great guy! Made spending money fun!
Awful experience. I bought a. Pallet of ceramic tiles that was reduced 20%. Not a lot but it was the number of tiles I needed plus an extra. They had to load it by forklift. This took them 30 minutes with one person waiting when I got to the dock. The first two i unloaded were fine, the third one seemed to have some scuffs but not deep. The next one had deep scratches. Totally useless. I went back with the rest hoping to ex change the bad ones. Haha. I'm use to shopping at Menards. They had to call a manager. He told me that they couldn't exchange them because the ones I bought were damaged!!! I had to bring the tiles back in and exchange then for new ones at a new price. I asked why the sign did not say they were damaged and why no one told me....I got only a blank stare. I have done dozens of remodels and never experienced such poor customer service. I will NEVER shop here again and NEVER reccomend these bozos.
