I realized mid-install that I hated the floors I picked, and Scott handled it like he was negotiating a global summit. Installation paused instantly. Through smooth, diplomatic negotiations, the distributor graciously accepted the unopened boxes. New flooring found at lightning speed. The crew? Flawless. Scott? A flooring phenomenon in human form. Truly grateful for the entire experience.”
I’m very happy with the service I received . This store has a big selection of flooring . More importantly I appreciate how I was treated, my sales associate is Brianna . She was absolutely amazing. This was my first time doing a big renovation so I was pretty nervous on choosing a floor color, luckily Brianna was very patient with me, she let me pick sample colors and told me “take as many as you need. And if you need to come back for more, feel free to” her calm attitude allowed me to feel free to explore many colors . I went back and forth to the store a few times until I finally decided on my floor. And not once did Brianna get mad or pressure me into buying something I wasn’t sure with. I’m very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this store :)
We had a terrific experience with Brianna at the Bakersfield location. She did a great job listening to what we were looking for, showing us all the options that met our criteria, explaining the features of each, and she was very patient as we carefully made our selections. She kept in touch throughout the process, including installation and beyond, to make sure we were happy. We love our new flooring! We highly recommend Flooring 101 and Brianna in particular!
I had them install my floors and 6 months later my floor is bowing and they have been avoiding coming out for over a year. When we call they always tell me to take it up with Scott and then Scott tells us to call Eric. Back and forth. So unprofessional.
