Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise patient, knowledgeable help with flooring choices, including a complete walkthrough of the options and explanations of repair versus remodeling, costs and time frames. One customer reported that an installer referred for floating plank flooring lacked a license for that type; the customer also described ongoing callbacks for separations and a floor that was wavy and starting to chip.

Totally regret letting them sell me floating plank flooring. Install was done by someone they referred that didn’t have a license for this type of flooring and then the continuous callbacks for separations. Now the floor is wavy and starting to chip off in areas. What a mess.

They were not interested in my business at all. After briefly answering only one of my questions, I was left alone to find answers myself. Prices are good here, but I do not want to work with people who are not interested in making a sell and rather talk amongst themselves about their weekend plans.

Everyone is friendly but our favorite person thats been helping us with everything is Walter Figueroa. He goes over and beyond to meet our expectations, always great service and he's always a phone call away.
Jenny Peters
Sales representative was highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, which were a lot! He explained the flooring process for fixing versus remodeling, costs, and time frames. There is a wide variety of floor samples and very polite, helpful information provided. I am glad I read other reviews and chose to go to Flooring Liquidators. They do not disappoint!
