Totally regret letting them sell me floating plank flooring. Install was done by someone they referred that didn’t have a license for this type of flooring and then the continuous callbacks for separations. Now the floor is wavy and starting to chip off in areas. What a mess.

They were not interested in my business at all. After briefly answering only one of my questions, I was left alone to find answers myself. Prices are good here, but I do not want to work with people who are not interested in making a sell and rather talk amongst themselves about their weekend plans.

Sales representative was highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, which were a lot! He explained the flooring process for fixing versus remodeling, costs, and time frames. There is a wide variety of floor samples and very polite, helpful information provided. I am glad I read other reviews and chose to go to Flooring Liquidators. They do not disappoint!
