Halpin's Flooring America

I've been all over town looking for wood floors. You know anyone who does wood floors can come put down a wood floor, but after talking with Sal at halpin's, I said this is the company I want. I left out the store with full knowledge of what wood floor I wanted and who I wanted to do it. Thank you Halpin's and hats off to Mr. Sal for all you do. I will serenely show my floors and spread Halpin's name all over the city.

I had an unfortunate experience here. The salesman completely lost my business, which was a 2,000 sq ft materials and install. He came to my house to get measurements for an estimate. When finished, he said he'd get me an estimate in about 3 days. After a week, I called to see what my estimate was because I hadn't heard anything. He told me he completely forgot and would have it to me the next day. Well, another week later I called to see what was going on. He told me he had some personal life issues and that he had again forgotten about it. So he sends me a partial estimate (half the house) the next day. When I called to ask for the rest of it, he claimed he'd lost part of the measurements he'd taken and had to come back out to measure my kitchen. I declined and just asked that he quote me on the measurements he had, which he refused to share, to which he said he would have for me the following day. 1 month later, I still do not have the estimate he promised me. At this point, I have no reason to pursue working with Halpin's Flooring America. All of their competitors have measured and quoted me appropriately and in a timely fashion. If this is what is to be expected through the process, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for flooring needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Halpins. The sales person was Sharice and she was wonderful. Mr Guy laid my wood floors and he was awesome. I had a terrible experience in the past with another floor company who messed my previous floors up badly. So I was very nervous about who to use . So happy I chose Halpins.

We came in close to closing on a Saturday. The staff was very eager to assist us, no rush. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection is great, found the perfect bathroom tile! We didn't order yet, but was told it only takes a couple days to a week, which is awesome!
Can't wait to go back and finish our project with their help! The price was great as well!
