Carpet-To-Go is always my first choice, and again for recent replacement of carpeting in two bedrooms and walk-in closets. They have a variety of good carpets; and provide excellent, timely and efficient customer service with prompt scheduling for accurate measurements, and easy coordination for delivery and installation as well as timely reminders. The installation crews were on time, worked diligently, were so careful in protecting walls and trim, and cleaned up thoroughly. You could hardly tell they were in the house. Very impressive!
Doing business with Carpet to Go was great from start to finish. Our first visit was from a design consultant who said, “I’m not here to sell you carpet, but to help you select, design, and provide information.” He did in fact help us with color, choices of pad and types of carpet. We agreed on a price and were contacted by dispatch to set a date. The installation team arrived on time and worked their tales off to complete the job perfectly. We are delighted with Carpet to Go from start to finish!
We had a great experience with Carpet To Go. The positives: 1. The in home review and estimation was easy and helpful and eased our decision making. 2. Scheduling for everything was easy for all steps. 3. Everyone was on time for the appointments, including the installation. 4. The installation crew worked hard, they were polite, they respected our home and left it clean, and the finished product looks wonderful. I highly recommend Carpet To Go! They did an awesome job in installing LVP on my first floor last year. So this year, I had them install carpet on my stairwell. Both times the installation was impeccable and done with professionalism. I recommend them for the quality of their installation work and customer service attitude with everyone I encountered--sales person, scheduler, installer, etc. They are a great company!
We ABSOLUTELY love our new floors. Che was amazing as he shared with us the details of all the products available to us. He gave us the pros and cons of them all. Daniel and crew did an amazing job thoughout the installation - they communicated the process, they checked with us when there were questions and went above and beyond to take great care of our home and everything in it. We would HIGHLY recommend Carpets To Go for anyones flooring needs - big and small! We know if we need anything, we will be calling them.
