Also, the flooring and the stair tred were different colours too! We tried to talk to them about it but they would not admit any fault! Apparently it's close enough for them.

Edit: Their response is not genuine, I called the number they gave and the customer support person just told me to talk to the store

The guys at the store (Tanner and Sam) were very helpful and nice to work with, highly recommended.
