Beware, the samples are completely off from what you get. The sample we liked was a light yellow and the wood that we recieved was a dark grey-ish brown! Also, the flooring and the stair tred were different colours too! We tried to talk to them about it but they would not admit any fault! Apparently it's close enough for them.Edit: Their response is not genuine, I called the number they gave and the customer support person just told me to talk to the store
We recently bought flooring at the Bellevue Lumber Liquidators. Not only were we happy with the selection and the prices (better than Home Depot), but we had such great customer service from Matthew and his team. Matthew personally went out of his way to be helpful for us (long story) and we highly recommend them!
Matthew has been incredibly helpful in our new floor project. He did price adjustment for us when a sale came up after our purchase, before we even noticed it had gone on sale. And when some of our stair noses came a bit bent, he was able to order replacements for us for free right away.
We went for the rigid vinyl since we have two dogs who sctached our old floor pretty bad. The material we got from ll flooring was of great quality, it totally transformed our kitchen and living room, and made the cleaning and maintenance so much easier. The guys at the store (Tanner and Sam) were very helpful and nice to work with, highly recommended.
