I do not recommend this company. I contacted him for a quote, sent a video of my floors, and then spent two weeks calling and texting trying to schedule a visit for an estimate. He was completely unresponsive and never followed up.There was no reason for the lack of communication, and it honestly felt like my business was unwanted. I’ve never experienced a company simply ignoring a potential customer like this. Regardless of the quality of the work, professionalism and communication matter—and this experience was very disappointing.
