Had them do my flooring for the basement of my house, Manu was so professional and very friendly and kind to speak to! He was able to assist me with selecting the flooring of my basement and offered me alternatives similar to the floorboards that I was interested in when he had learned the original one that I wanted was unavailable! He provided very great service and I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again if I have any other flooring projects!! :)
A few years ago, we made the decision to have our laminate floors installed by a company called City Carpet. I’ll admit, at first the name gave me pause—how good could a place with "carpet" in the name really be at flooring of all kinds? But to my surprise, they exceeded our expectations.The quality of their work was so impressive, we didn’t hesitate to call on them again years later to complete the rest of our home. Manu, who oversaw the project, was hands-on and made sure everything ran smoothly. Sarkis, the contractor, brought a level of professionalism and craftsmanship that truly stood out.Here are just a couple of photos showcasing their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Don’t let the name City Carpet mislead you—they do far more than just carpet. These guys do it all, and they do it well.
We needed to get carpet done immediately since we were looking to relist our home within days. They squeezed us in with 2 days notice! Our sales associate called after hours to ensure the install team had arrived AND hours after to see how it was progressing!The install team was also fantastic!! Will refer them to everyone I know!
It was a great experience from start to finish. Rabee was very helpful, the quality of the carpet and underpad are excellent, the price was very reasonable and the installers did a fantastic job. Additionally, the job was done quickly and on time.
Sadly we had our floors done just over a year ago.. they came back 3 times to correct the issues that the “experience installer “ did… but never ever finished. We still owe them $700 BIT we won’t pay it till the job is done and completed and have been met with nothing but rudeness. See the pics for yourself would you pay thousands to have your floor like this?
