We recently moved to the area and needed area rugs and runners for our home. We first went to a different End of the Roll and were quite disappointed. We decided to attend this location and we could not be happier with our experience.We were met by Mr. Rashid who was outstanding and provided unmatched customer service. He was patient, customer oriented and pleasant. He made sure we felt welcomed and helped us with any questions or concerns. Their prices are very competitive while offering really good quality rugs. We ended up buying two rugs that we love.We were so pleased that we returned the next after having returned a different rug from somewhere else. We were met by Garry, the store manager, who was just as pleasant and lovely to deal with. We ended up purchasing another rug with matching custom sized runners for our kitchen.We truly cannot recommend this location and store more, and I suggest you at least take see what their awesome team can do before buying rugs or custom sized runners somewhere else.

I don't like this place. Here are my experiences:My fiancé went in to look at carpet at the cambridge end of the roll location. When we entered we were not welcomed as most establishments do. The gentleman there did not offer help and was a bit rude when we asked quotations. We asked if we could get a small sample of some of the rugs we were interested. We thought this was a normal practice, but we were approached with no effort but the word "no". No further conversation on how to make a sale. So We left and found a nice carpet online. Today, I gave it a second chance (my mistake) and I called to see if there were scrap carpet cores, or one i could potentially buy. The man answered (who had the same voice as the man who didn't help me before) just said "no" before I could finish. When he first answered the phone, I asked him how he was, he answered one sided with no capabilities to return the polite exchange of conversation. I was reminded that this location does NOT provide customer service or the ability to just be kind.I RECOMMEND THE KITCHENER location. I called and they invited me over to look through the options. I recommend this location, Not just because they had what i wanted, but because they listened, they were polite and kind and helpful.We live in Canada. Being kind is literally what we are known for.

I truly appreciated the extra effort and support. Highly recommend!!Joshua Fortune was the gentleman that installed the floors. Ontop of excellent work that speaks for itself, he was quick too! But the thing that stood out above the rest was the level of respect he showed myself and my children. I'm a single mother of two and am apprehensive about having professionals in my home when they are home. Nothing but kindness, respect and so understanding.Excellent communication between the two of them from the beginning to end.I am thrilled!! ???? Highly recommended.
