Sarmazian Brothers Flooring

We had a basement renovation in January 2024, with the flooring completed by Sarmazian Brothers Flooring. Raffi was amazing at tailoring our needs for a ballroom dance surface and placing it on the basement cement. Two years later, the floor still looks brand new with no scuff marks from our dance shoes or heavy play area from our grandchildren. There were a few surprises that surfaced during installation, and Raffi and his team were excellent to work with and found solutions.

My husband and I can't say enough amazing things about Sarmazian and specifically, Manny who lead a project that was completed in our home. Manny's ability to work with his customers is outstanding!! He is well versed, honest, personable and responsive to what will work best for his customers and their home. Above all, in Manny you will find someone who truly cares and always does everything in his power to ensure you're happy. The workers that were sent to our home for the two projects that were completed, were also fantastic. They were professional, kind and were thorough in how they completed our flooring. I highly recommend Sarmazian and connecting with Manny to anyone who is considering any sort of flooring or carpet work in their homes. Thank you, Manny and Sarmazian Brothers Flooring in Cambridge.

Just had lux vinyl installed in our new home and the absolute best experience with Sarmazian. The first rep we dealt with (Patrick) was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the exact product line we needed that met our budget and quality expectations. This was the deciding factor for why we chose to deal with Sarmazian. We were then super lucky to work with April (who has such a great eye for style) and was able to recommend the perfect colour/texture of the vinyl that worked in our space. The installation team was meticulous and exceeded our expectations. Overall very very happy and we are now discussing a carpet installation for the staircase.
