We had a basement renovation in January 2024, with the flooring completed by Sarmazian Brothers Flooring. Raffi was amazing at tailoring our needs for a ballroom dance surface and placing it on the basement cement. Two years later, the floor still looks brand new with no scuff marks from our dance shoes or heavy play area from our grandchildren. There were a few surprises that surfaced during installation, and Raffi and his team were excellent to work with and found solutions.

Just had lux vinyl installed in our new home and the absolute best experience with Sarmazian. The first rep we dealt with (Patrick) was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the exact product line we needed that met our budget and quality expectations. This was the deciding factor for why we chose to deal with Sarmazian. We were then super lucky to work with April (who has such a great eye for style) and was able to recommend the perfect colour/texture of the vinyl that worked in our space. The installation team was meticulous and exceeded our expectations. Overall very very happy and we are now discussing a carpet installation for the staircase.

The entire process from initial walk in, to final install was perfect. The crew that installed were incredibly detailed and it shows they care about the final product/result.For reference we purchased Rare Vintage laminte wood in Fawn Chestnut.
