I have just completed my third project with Columbia Floors. I have had the bathroom floors replaced with the inherent issues of replacing toilets and cabinets, a full first floor of LVP and now an upstairs re-carpeted.
Columbia Floors did beautiful work for an excellent price on all three projects. Each of the floor projects required a bit of furniture moving, as well. My house looks brand new and much nicer than expected.
I can't recommend Columbia Floor higher. As a customer, you get a nice price, outstanding quality in installation, and cooperative and friendly crews. Three for three isn't bad.

We had been looking for an installer for a small church renovation project for some time. After talking with Ed, I felt confident Columbia Floors had the right experience, price and commitment to the project. Beckie was great on communication and scheduling. The crew came in the day before the install to prep the subfloor and did a wonderful job patching and leveling. We were concerned the sub floor was in bad shape, but the patching really exceeded our expectations. They did a great job with the carpet install as well, not cutting corners and rushing the job. All in all a beautiful job for our place of worship. Would do business again, highly recommend!

His attention to detail was unmatched, and he worked with such care and precision. Even our cats adored him.

We had a great experience. We met with our Sales Manager to talk about our ideas, see samples, talk about options. Eddie came out again when we had further questions and specific areas and types of flooring. When we were going back and forth about different options he gladly and quickly sent multiple quotes. He did not pressure us but was always available to answer questions. When we were ready to move forward, Eddie helped us select dates that were good for us and determine which floor to work on in which order. The crew was great, working long hours to get the job done on time. Throughout the installation process they were open to discussion. Each day the crew cleaned up and asked the best place to store the materials for the next day.

The floors look amazing!

I would definitely use Columbia Floors again.
