I had such a great experience at Carolina Wholesale Floors! I always do. Alma was absolutely wonderful; so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to really understand my needs for flooring in an upcoming new construction project and guided me through all of my options with expertise. Her helpfulness and attention to detail made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and highly recommend asking for Alma if you’re considering flooring here!

If you are looking for a variety of flooring types and styles, look no further than Carolina Wholesale Flooring. We went yesterday and met one of the staff who explained the subtle differences in flooring thickness, ease of installation and a cost estimate. This gave my wife and I the confidence we needed to begin our project!!

I had very bad experience with them. They are several issues with them.
1. You can not return the items
2. The charges they had for Freight (delivery) is so expensive. I had to pay 120 dollars twice when we need a couple items extra. For example if you have three items. they charge you unbelievable freight. The reasoning is it comes from different places. I never had places charges that much for delivery. For example I had to order 4 sheet of flooring which cost 18 dollars they charged me for 25 dollars for Freight. One of my order was total 190 dollars but they added 120 dollars for freight which the same freight charges my first order ( about 1000 dollars).
They did not explain any of these charges when you pick your floor. I would not recommend them at all. You can find better price at lowes, Homedepot, or other places. If we need any floor job I would try other place.

We were getting a new home built and learned that the builder was using Shaw flooring. I looked up Carolina Wholesale Floors on the Shaw website. I went into the facility and worked with Alma Ulmer, she is amazing! She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the products. When selecting flooring, you need to know the fine details of the floor because it is something you will have to live with for a long time or pay big $$$ to change. With Alma's help, I was able to be more confident in the decision I was making on flooring.

The store itself has a large variety of flooring to choose from. I would recommend this place to homeowners, business owners and investors looking to select flooring.

I gave them the exact measurements of the rooms. They didn't tell me the installer needs extra to work with. When the installer arrived he did not have enough. He called them to order more and I picked it up & brought it back & they still didn't give me what was ordered (and we both heard the installer give the size & they gave me less). The price is great, but you better know what you're doing & double check behind them.
