Wonderful experience with Carpet One Floors & Home! After months of back and forth with insurance we were ready to get something done. Erica made the whole process simple and a pleasure. Answered questions and addressed all of our concerns. The crew that came out was extremely professional, cleaned up after each day and when complete. Highly recommend!

Cameron from CarpetOne has been a pleasure to work with during the construction of my new home. He helped me navigate through the many choices in LVP and carpet flooring. He is dedicated to the project, follows through on requests/questions and handled all interactions professionally with kindness. I highly recommend CarpetOne and their sales representatives.

Carpet One has been our "go to" flooring store for many years. We have used them for multiple carpet installations and vinyl flooring as well. Connor was our primary contact for our latest carpet installation. His service was top notch all around from helping us find the perfect match for our house to arranging installation in a timely manner. Their selection is awesome for all types of flooring. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality products and professional service to consider using Carpet One at Candi Lane.

I wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with Carpet One. From start to finish, the entire process of replacing our carpet was seamless and truly exceptional. The professionalism and expertise of the installation team were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. What impressed me most, beyond their skill, was their courteous and respectful demeanor throughout the entire day. The installation didn't disrupt our day as much as I'd anticipated, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend Carpet One to anyone in need of new carpeting. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Thank you again for a job well done!
