We are currently in the process of replacing our carpet with LVP flooring and visited on Friday, February 20th, to place an order for 158 boxes to take home. Maria provided us with initial assistance, greeting us with a pleasant smile at 7 a.m., and she graciously confirmed that there was sufficient stock available for immediate pickup. She also offered helpful information regarding the credit card and potential savings. She then escorted us to Vicki, who was at the register. Before Vicki began processing our order, she also mentioned the credit card, which could help us save a few dollars. Maria remained with us throughout the process, ensuring that everything proceeded smoothly. Both women collaborated effectively to make our visit stress-free. We never felt rushed, only met with pleasant smiles and very helpful attitudes. Given the current global negativity, it was truly refreshing to encounter individuals who possess such wonderful attitudes and radiate positivity.

The best experience I have ever had withany home improvement store. Key was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase.I do interior design in motorhomes and campers, the products required for this type of work and the products are very specific. They were able to work with me and advise which products would work best. This will definitely be my go-to store.
I think most of their pricing is pretty good. Their customer service in store is great on the front end! (Don't know about the back end customer service, like if I need to return something.). They have a lot of products to choose from. The store and displays are set up pretty well and organized. And I think they give out free popscorn sometimes.
My wife and I just bought a house and we renovated the floors and built a custom fireplace. F&D did a great job suggesting options for floor durability and what is need to install them.
