Starting with your representative, Jon Hammond, he was kind, patient and provided us with all the information we needed to make our choice of flooring a good one. Jon was thorough, yet friendly and chatted with us, too. He is indeed a wonderful ambassador for Go Flooring.I cannot say enough good things about the crew who did the installation!!! They were polite and answered our questions as well as took the time to make sure that we were happy with what they were doing. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did not waste a minute. They took particular care in moving our furniture as well as returning it to where it belonged. They cleaned up after themselves constantly and the final cleaning up was superb! This team deserves special recognition for their work. Jon Hammond also deserves kudos for his representation of the company. We will most gladly refer our friends and family to you for their flooring needs.
Very pleased with this entire process. John Alderson was the sales guy. He brought tons of samples for me to look at and was very patient while I made my decision. The guys who did the installation were the best! They were meticulous in their work and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use Go Flooring again. Highly recommend.
Absolutely great experience! Go Flooring was prompt on getting someone out to the house that was very knowledgeable and took their time to explain all my options. Installing took place 2 days later and the install team was amazing! Quick, efficient, and cleaned along the way!
Starting off with Melanie who came out for the free estimate. She was wonderful, very professional and helpful.The installation by William and Steven was great. They were extremely professional and quiet. They completed the job in one day, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.I would highly recommend Go Flooring and Melanie, William and Steven to anyone.Great job and the floors look great!Thank you for a fast professional job!
I am in love with my new floors by GoFlooring! I want to give a big shout out to your salesman, TYLER who sat and talked with my husband and myself and explained the process, what we needed to do to get ready, explained payment methods, did his measurements of the areas I requested what floors I wanted the change. Tyler was exceptional also with explaining the differences in the Flooring and gave us time to look and decide in a specific flooring and did a video of my hallway with the the flooring we had chosen which was a ?? % winner ?? ?? ?? GoFlooring you all deserve a trophy for Tyler and the 3 installers who came and every body was just so nice, patient and very knowledgeable and very passionate about their jobs.
