Grimes Flooring recently installed hardwood floors for us in the primary bedroom of the home we just purchased. The room previously had carpet and it very much needed to be replaced. The remainder of the first floor had hardwoods and we wanted to match the stain color of the new floors to the existing. The workmanship was outstanding! Our floors are beautiful and a perfect match! Customer service was amazing as well! The owners and the installation crew communicated well throughout the process to ensure we had a good experience and were happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this company! We are looking forward to having them complete other projects in our home soon!
These guys were incredible through our kitchen remodel! They do business the right way and I will not hesitate to use them again, once we are ready to replace our carpet. If I could give them 6 stars I would.We decided to replace most of our floor while the kitchen was being redone and Rory and Shawn made the process very easy. They worked with us and were very patient as we tried sample after sample. We struggled to make up our minds, but they let us take as much time as we needed and as many samples as we wanted to test out in our kitchen.Once we had settled on the floor we wanted, the floor was installed on the date we had scheduled and we couldn't have been happier. The only hiccup was a small issue with the transitions, however these guys handled it like true professionals. We love our new floors and will be using Grimes for our backsplash as well!
