They were great! Very helpful and had the flooring we needed. Samantha stayed to assist us even know it was her lunch break and didn’t rush us, helping us find what we need, load up and was very kind! We’re thankful for her patience and time.
I was a little lost when I went to look at floorings, not knowing what would be best for my house. Sam at the W. 11th location helped me and pointed me in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable and sweet to work with. Made my experience very delightful! Thank you!!!
Ms Samantha and Mr Gar were the best customer service duo. We had some issues with another store. Came here and were taking care with no issues. Thank you folks
I bought enough Duravana flooring for an 1800 sqft home. I ordered it in late 2023. When I went to pick up the palets of floring, some ldlot drov the forks of th eforklift right through the center of both pallets. he lady told me to use what I could and bring the BOXES of damaged flooring back for exchange. Well, I tried bit 1). they did their 5 year LLC change because they were broke and from the words of someone at corp office, they had too many lawsuits going on. So, I called the Eugene store, and they stated that the flooring design was discontinued, it was new and was to be available for at least 3-5 years according to their salesman. I asked him what I was supposed to do and he said I was bothering him and he was losing sales money. So I had 3/4 of a house done and it was all a waste, or so I thought. I had 8 boxes of junl flooring and no alternatives AND, because they did their 5 year LLC change, I had no warranty. I called Eugene back to see if their was any old stock at another store and he found some within 1/2 a days drive and the price he quoted was 1 1/2 times more than what I paid for it originally and then there was a shipping cost Keep in mnd Corp office stated the Eugene store was one of the stores that was the reason for lawsuits and the LLC change. I drove to the other store because the Eugene salesman kept running his mouth and stated thet if HE didn't order them form said store, I would never get them. Well, what a fool. I drove and bought them and the salesMEN (plural) stated that they wouldn't buy flooring from their company, they went to Home Depot instead. I understand why. NOW, about Duravana flooring, I would walk on tar paper before I bought this trash again. It is very brittle, and chips and the edges flake off. I talked to qite a few flooring businesses and they ALL left negative reviews trying to warn others but Lumber Liquidators removes all bad reviews and then pesters them with phone calls. Trust me and all of the flooring installers in Lane Co., DON"T BUY THIS garbage from these frauds. Enough said.
We were choosing between two patterns. The associate had a sample of each in each hand. He ordered the wrong one. It wasn't caught until we had several boards placed. He convinced us not to order a box extra because of restocking fee. We were short. Had to wait another 2 wks to finish. Went to get it (note we are 50 miles from store) only to find out it wasn't ordered because of needing an electronic signature we were never asked to sign. Now we wait another 2 wks. We haven't had our washer and dryer hooked up for a month now. This place is very frustrating. Go to Home Depot and protect your stress level.
