The product line at Carpet Den offered the perfect find, and sales consultant Brittni Couturier promptly scheduled/completed a measuring appointment in our home. She measured to such remarkable precision that we had virtually no unwanted surplus product. Brittni was highly responsive, knowledgeable, informative, and was an excellent communicator from our introduction through completion of the 3-day process of installation a few weeks later. The installers were meticulous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. This was a large home improvement purchase, but Brittni and her team made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. I recently had carpet installed by Carpet Den, and the experience left me extremely disappointed. While I didn’t specifically tell the installers not to walk on the carpet, I expected basic care and professionalism — especially given the nature and color of the product.
Instead, the crew walked all over my brand new carpet with dirty shoes. The installers didn’t speak a lick of English which made it impossible to ask questions or express concerns in real time. When I brought this up with the manager afterward, I was told that this was “normal.” They offered to clean it, but first of all, I don’t use chemicals in my home and secondly, once you clean carpet, it tends to track dirt even more. I wanted the new clean carpet that I bought. That response felt dismissive and made it clear that protecting the customer’s home isn’t a priority. For the amount I paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend Carpet Den if you’re expecting professionalism, clear communication, and respect for your property.

Incredible experience . Kyrsten was a joy to work with, she helped me pick out laminate and carpet and bought samples to my home to make sure they would work with my lighting. The install teams were courteous and highly skilled. I could not be happier with the results. Carpet Den went above and beyond to ensure that i was a satisfied customer.
