Never showed to appointment for estimate or called. I made an appointment for 3pm on 9/17/2019. Associate called me at 4:15 and told me he had me scheduled for 5pm. I said i am sure it was 3pm but yes please come. 5:30 he still hadn't arrived or called. I called him and texted and got no response. I left a message for Corlew and perry as well. It is 9/18/2019 4:51pm and I still have not heard back from anyone. They have great reviews but i am sadly not able to be one. No one ever followed up. Terrible communication and first time service. I am going with Affordable Hardwood floor services instead. Corlew and Perry was clearly not interested in my business.
We have used Corlew and Perry for years! They are always professional and do a wonderful job! They have done both tile and hardwood for us.
Awesome job! After inquiring about an urgent floor repair through several websites, the owner of Corlew and Perry called me on the spot that evening to arrange my repair. I was extremely stressed out due to a pending real-estate transaction in the coming days which would've been ruined by the damaged floor. I was put at ease, charged a very fair price, and the work was top notch. If you need service or installation I highly recommend calling Corlew and Perry.
