I had the absolutely most perfect experience working with Jacob at Frisco Flooring Specialists to lay glue down hardwood flooring in three bedrooms and the master closet of my house. They did an absolutely perfect job and were so professional in every aspect. The communication was excellent and they showed up exactly when they said they would and worked very efficiently. The crew was punctual, worked tirelessly, and were incredibly neat, putting down plastic to control dust and even helping us move heavy furniture. The floors look stunning—better than new! What began as a flooring replacement tied to a home insurance claim turned into a complete transformation of our primary bathroom — and the result made me fall in love with my home all over again.When our floors began to buckle due to what turned out to be a pinhole pipe burst behind the wall, Rene showed up at our house the very next morning — without knowing the full scope of the damage or whether insurance would even approve the claim. His responsiveness and willingness to help gave us immediate peace of mind. Thankfully, the insurance did cover the damage, and Rene took the lead in working directly with the claims adjuster, making the entire process seamless for us.The new flooring turned out beautifully — we changed the color and even took the opportunity to repaint over half the house while we were temporarily out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jacob and Rene are absolute professionals. They not only did gorgeous, meticulous work but they did it in the exact time frame that said they would. Everything they promised they delivered all in a timely manner. I cannot wait to have them do the next project and I could not be more thrilled with my floors. They went above and beyond for me in several requests I had. Again, I cannot recommend them enough. They have a loyal customer and I plan to refer them to anyone looking for flooring.
