We had a wonderful experience with Todd B. and his crew from Peek's in Frisco, TX. It took us a while to decide between carpet, wood, laminate...most salespeople would have written us off, but Todd was patient and helpful every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and answered some of our questions before we even asked them. The installation was simpler than we expected, and we could not have been more satisfied with the results. Sorry we won't be doing any more flooring work in our house in the near future, but we will enthusiastically recommend you to any and all who seek our advice. We just had our staircases carpeted recently, including a tricky circular staircase and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, precision and care.Our salesman, Todd Brewer not only gave us a fantastic price (far below the NFM quote for same carpet) but also personally came to oversee the project. The installer handled the curves and angles with absolute expertise. The fit is perfect, the seams invisible and the pattern has a beautiful flow.There were no hidden fees, no surprises, just great work from a team that clearly knows what they are doing. Peeks was amazing and so professional! We worked with Areez, and I only have positive things to say about him and his crew. I have to be honest, I dreaded the day the renovation would begin and what we thought we would be a negative experience. It was nothing like that. In our project we completed took up all tile and carpet downstairs and replaced it with engineered wood and different tile in bathroom and laundry room. I was stunned when demo started on a Monday and they were moving my furniture back in on a Thursday! The crew's attention to detail and hard work "wowed" us and the final product was beautiful!
