My husband and I are so happy we found Complete Floor & Interiors! Sara, the designer was helpful every step of our decision-making process. Sara is very knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as interior design elements.ALL the installers were very friendly, experienced, meticulous and showed attention to detail. Chuck did a great job of installing our porcelain tile. It was a difficult area to tile with many doorways to go around, but it turned out great! Mike laid our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in a hallway and bathroom and did a wonderful job! Phil refinished our wood floor beautifully! We were surprised that there was only very minimal dust. He gave us options of stains, but also suggested he putting just the oil clear coat on—which we had him do. We LOVE the richness of the color and grain of our almost 30 year old red oak floor! Dave and his partner laid our living room carpet and stairs. They did an awesome job! No walls or woodwork were scratched and the carpet looks great! All the installers cleaned up after they worked. These guys know their stuff.We will definitely recommend Complete Flooring & Interiors to our friends and family!
My husband and I recently hired Complete Flooring & Interiors to renovate our kitchen, mudroom, and half bath in our 1940 Cape Cod style home. The finished product is completely stunning! We are so pleased with the craftmanship of the work, and can't believe how the team was able to completely transform our space. We especially appreciate that the hardwood floors in our kitchen are an exact match to the almost 80 year old floors in the rest of our home! We had the privilege to work Sara as our designer. Her style and design expertise is incredible and completely exceeded our expectations! We hope to stay in this home for a very long time, but if we find ourselves in a position where we want to renovate another home, we definitely would hire Complete Flooring & Interiors again and again!
I initially started with a simple backsplash replacement. I pretty much knew the tile I liked so Sara got it ordered, Chuck installed it and I loved it. Then we had them quote our guest bath and master bath makeovers. We wanted to pull out installed inserts from the previous owners and replace with tile. I sent Sara samples of the flooring, cabinet color and countertop. She did a good job giving me some selections to chose from as I was feeling a little overwhelmed with making a final choice. Finally we did the master bath. Sara sent me a design based upon our conversation of what I was looking for. Once we decided on the final design, I once again sent pictures of the cabinet colors, flooring and countertop. Sara came up with four selections she thought would look best. My husband and I stopped into the store and quickly decided on the pattern/color we liked. Once the order came in Chuck once again came and did an excellent installation job. We were very happy with the service, communication and final product we received from Complete Flooring and Interiors and would recommend them to anyone.
