I have a large ongoing job. It has been a nightmare. No one takes any responsibility for your order. There system won’t allow for material needed but not in stock. You are forced to call back over and over and over. I have broken tiles that I need to document that they were broken when received. No one will accept photos to document this. Of the many companies I have ever dealt with…they are far and away the absolute worst by a mile.
Designer Deb was absolutely amazing and so helpful!!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease, not pushy and didn’t try to persuade one way or the other. She really listened to what I liked and found the perfect bathroom floor and shower tile for our remodel. I also mentioned we wanted heated floors and she had everything we needed. So knowledgeable and made sure we didn’t miss anything for the job. Highly recommend her for a designer and this store has so many options with wonderful prices!! Thanks Deb!!
This store is excellent. Lots of products to choose from and every product (in quantity) is available right behind each display to take home the same day. You can also purchase individual pieces of flooring and tile for use as samples to return for your money back later. Products are clearly marked with stickers to indicate which ones are "MADE IN USA" , while other stores commonly try and hide their country of origin for their products. Prices are clearly marked and tile and flooring prices are good.We were helped by John Guzman. He was particularly helpful and very knowledgeable about the flooring features. He asked us about our application/project and educated us about things we needed to look for in the flooring selection that would best meet our needs. He answered all our questions. Because of his thoroughness, we were confident enough in our choice to make our big flooring purchase that same day! (Usually, we would have to take home a sample, research more, than return to the store with more questions before purchase). When we were ready to check out, Mr. Guzman brought up our account on his hand-held device, typed in our order, and we paid at the register in less than 2 minutes. Mr. Guzman loaded all the flooring onto a cart and helped us load into our truck as well, which would have been so exhausting for us to do on our own. We really appreciated the service, knowledge, and familiarity with the products that he possesses. For all these reasons Floor & Decor is our "go-to" flooring store! (...and No: we were not paid to say that!)
I just had the best experience with Viviana! I brought my counter sample and explained the color challenges in kitchen. She pulled numerous great options and grout colors to consider. Loved being able to talk it through with her. She was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you Viviana!
