I'm beyond upset with my bathroom that was completed by Floors Plus over a year ago, I have been waiting for tiles since July of last year to fix the awful tile job in my bathroom. Now all the groute is coming out. No calls are being returned. I'm so disappointed in the company and this is my second time having them do work. I'm sure I could of done a better job myself. Save yourself the headache go elsewhere.

After comparing quotes for my flooring replacement I opted to go with Floors Plus on Sterns Ct in Burnside. The sales agent, Matt Henneberry said they were required to do their own measuring before orders were made. I trusted that he did his job correctly.
Turns out he didn't (I was short 3 boxes in the end of the install). Matt no longer works there, I was told when I went to complain and insist that they get me what I needed on fastest courier available.
Displaced from my home and holding up all the trades involved.
Manager, Buddy Lewis was no help when he said that they would not ship any sooner than their regular arrivals; three weeks out. Making a bad situation worse for a customer that spent thousands of dollars already and holding up a production crew for shipping three boxes across the country. Stock was in Calgary.
Needless to say I refused give this company anymore of my hard earned money. I went to Vintage flooring; they took my order and help me with arranging the courier. I get my flooring next week.

Customer service in our local economy is vital. Why is it some managers only want to handle the easy stuff, taking all the accolades but when they actually have due deligence to a customer they turn their backs.
I do not recommend this company.

Where do I start? Firstly there should be a ZERO star option.

Floors Plus Burnside installed vinyl plank flooring in my home and did an awful job (see pictures) and also their product is garbage.

We tried to get them (Buddy) to address the issues we had (cracking, gaps everywhere and simply just a poor installation of a poor product. They would do NOTHING for us!

If you want to throw your money away and get stuck with paying for a floor TWICE like me, then do business with Floors Plus.

I lost my money so I hope someone reads this and saves theirs.

There is no way some of these 5 star reviews are legitimate. No doubt posted by Floors Plus themselves.

I hired Floors Plus to put in laminate flooring in our new store location in Bayers Lake. They did a great job! I was very impressed by their service. When the movers brought in my cash counter, they put a large scratch in the floor. Bobby came by from Floors Plus and fixed it for me. They didn't charge me for it. I was very happy about that. I'm happy with their service and product.
