From the moment I contacted Aardema Wood Floors, I received not only a high level of professionalism but the quality of the repair and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have recommended Aardema Wood Floors to many friends and family members and will continue to do so.
The team came back 2times to try to fix a blunt force flaw. Instead of fixing it properly they kept filling it with wood putty. This would not normally be an issue but it’s in the middle of our herringbone statement entryway. It was clear they didn’t want to remove and properly fix. The conversations became very uncomfortable. We are having Real Hardwood Floors come fix their work. Customer service was great during bid process but they don’t do well when you have issues or request their error to be fixed. We always felt like an inconvenience.
Bill and his team are amazing! We have used them twice now - once for a hardwood floor sand/refinishing project and once for a brand new wood floor install in multiple rooms. In both cases they did a stellar job. Bill and his team are kind, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and committed to see the job through to perfection. Bill went above and beyond, and we’ve loved the end result at both houses. Note - the first time we hired him was for the refinish job and he was referred to us by another flooring company that said our job was "complicated" and to get the color we wanted we should go to Bill Aardema. Bill went above and beyond to provide a quote, schedule, and complete my hardwood floor restoration in a very short time frame.
