Frank also loaded all the tile for me the whole time with a smile on his face. The store was organized and easy to navigate. Desiree at the check out was kind and speedy quick checking me out. One of my best experiences visiting this store. From entering the store and being welcomed by Patty's warm introduction all the way to Sameit phenomenal customer service skills. He helped me with each question I had, from offering matching product all the way to giving me several different options to choose from. He helped me intermittently throughout the 45 minutes I was there. From pulling up product information on his scan device all the way to showing me different areas of the store and going into thorough details about product durability. Joe one of the service managers was also extremely helpful as he was going through the product floor giving me some alternative options as well. I made sure that I gave Andrew one of the department managers a heads up that I was extremely pleased with the experience. Everybody there was wonderful!
