I am 69. Renovated and built homes in my life. I have never seen more dedication to a job. Endless issues resolved. On time. Reasonable. They did floor tile and bathroom tile and the quality is outstanding. Absolutely the best business I've dealt with in years. Kudos to Eric the installer and Kyle the manager.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. After two installs, the floor is still wrong along with damages to our kitchen during installation. Gauged our wood swinging door, damaged corner of wall, ding to the oven and nicked the ice maker line and left without checking. We had to rush to find someone to repair on a Saturday afternoon. They refuse to take responsibility even though damages were pointed out to installers. We’ve made several attempts to work with them and contact them, they will not respond to calls or emails. They also did not remove our dishwasher during the second installation and now it’s boxed in due to a lip in the flooring. They also did not keep scheduled appointments to follow up on concerns and failed to provide any communication leaving us waiting for them to show up which did not happen on multiple occasions. We’re left with a floor that continues to pop up. Very disappointed! Do not recommend this company.
These guys did a wonderful job, and Kyle was such a pleasure to work with. He has gone out of his way on three separate occasions to help me resolve an issue, and I am very grateful for all of his help. I would absolutely recommend working with this company!
Nance's flooring retiled my master shower and bathtub. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. Craig walked us through the entire process. We met him in the showroom to pick out our tile. They showed up to our home as promised. He spent 10 days working on our bathroom, he felt like a member of our family after a couple of days. Ely the tile guy did amazing work. We are extremly pleased with our new shower. In our current world where we struggle to get a return call from a contractor or vendor, my experience was refreshing and comfortable. They treated our property with respect. We are now very happy and extra clean in our nice new shower! Thanks to Nance's team!
Dealing with Kyle was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. He was so very helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. The installers were pleasant and did a great job. You won’t be sorry if you deal with them
