What an amazing experience with the installation of our new flooring and carpet. Waheed and his team were top notch. I was super nervous about doing our rooms (which badly needed to be done) but Waheed came and did a preview and put my mind at ease. We paid extra to have him and his team do the heavy lifting (i have back issues) and they move all the heavy furniture. They took apart our old crappy bed and took it away for us. The job was estimated to take 3 days but they completed it in 2 without sacrificing quality and craftmanship. Waheed somehow fixed our creaky stair (that had plagued us for years). Also little classy touches of using extra carpet left over as little door mats on the garage entrances was much appreciated. Don’t hesitate to hire Waheed and his team for an instal.
I worked with Steve in sales and Mike as my installer for a laminate hybrid and carpet refresh in my home. Steve was kind, highly knowledgeable, patient while I made decisions and no BS - even when we had a little mix up, he called with a solution ready to go and more than took care of me for the inconvenience. Mike and Al were great to work with, professional and highly skilled with the install. They went the extra mile right from the demo through to completion to make things look perfect. 5 stars across the board from ordering with Wisam to the install with Taylor!I started this process way back in August, Sam was extremely flexible with my chaotic schedule and equally as knowledgeable about products when I came in to pick out samples. He knew the exact product line to show me after I explained the vibe I was going for. I paid a deposit and we planned for an install soon after. Then life happened and I didn't get back in touch until January! I was super grateful to find that my deposit was still good and that my carpets were waiting for me to set up the final step!Fast forward to today, Taylor came in and did an impeccable job! He called last night and left a message to confirm we were good to go. Arrived on time. Communicated with me well and did a really beautiful job of the installation. After that was all done he measured up the rest of the job for future order and install!Today we did 2 sets of stairs; they look and feel absolutely beautiful and I'm so happy to finally have carpet on our stairs again after so long without. I would 100% recommend End of the Roll Langley, Wisam and Taylor. I'll absolutely be using them to do the upstairs bedrooms and landing area when I'm ready to pull the trigger. Thanks guys!! We just bought our flooring through End of the Roll. It was such an easy process. Steve gave us all of the information we needed, and helped us pick out the perfect floors. He made sure we got the allowable style for a strata, and let us take home some samples before we made the purchase. He then put us in touch with an installer. Waheed did an amazing and efficient job putting in our floors. He was very knowledgeable and we could tell he had a lot of years of experience. He was pleasant and thoughtful, and we would be happy to hire him in the future.
