Take your business somewhere else. I had no option but to buy vinyl flooring here cause everywhere else the item was out of stock. They won't take back extra unopened merchandise even if you bought it just a couple of weeks ago. There's several flooring stores just a block away who have no problem taking back unopened flooring boxes. They are more interested in your money than your satisfaction.
