Beautiful showroom and exceptional service. They ordered in a tile that I needed to complete a renovation within a few hours when other stores told me it would be 1-3 weeks. A must-stop shop for your home's interior design and renovation needs!
The quality of the product was good along with the installation.The sales side was a poor experience as I was told I was going to get a certain look from the carpet and it turned out not what I expected. They took no accountability for the lack of communication and when confronted they just continued to back track and tell me that is how it is suppose to be and it is what it is. It only seemed like the sale side was worried about the transaction and not the satisfaction of the customer. Even after a lengthy email about my dissatisfaction to the salesmen all he responded with was " Here is your final Invoice".I wish they could of been more accountable for the lack of communication and offered some sort of solution.I recommend if you plan on using them to stay away from the sales team and work directly with the owner Tyler.
These guys are fantastic! We had an issue with some of our carpet (purchased through another manufacturer) and they have gone above and beyond to help us to find the exact colour of carpet we're looking for to replace the damage in our carpet! The guys working there are super nice, professional and personable! I 100% will go to them for all my flooring needs.
