When my husband and I went to Elite and pre-paid for the kitchen floor we got a lot of delays in the deliveries and installation. It was about 6 weeks before anything happened. I had made a misjudgement on Elite as Kim explained the situation and informed me that I don't owe anything on the installation. Kim is owe you an apology and hope you're willing to continue to any installation of the house we will need.
If you want a great selection in flooring, go see the Elite Flooring showroom! They have everything you can think of. Ryan, the owner, helped me pick out the perfect flooring within my price range. He was also incredibly knowledgeable. One thing that was really cool is that he can make an area rug out of any carpet you choose. I got the perfect matching area rug in the size I wanted!
I dealt with the top 2 Home Improvement stores in Las Vegas and they no clue about the product, were rude and expensive. I walked into Elite Flooring thinking this is gonna be $$ and met Justin and I knew this is the place for me and the best flooring/prices in all of Las Vegas. Showed me samples, how carpets are made differently, the best and affordable carpets, the padding and the price of the job. My choice was the best and the price was still over 30% cheaper than any other business'. Two weeks later I'm enjoying a very nice carpet, like walking on a cloud.
I have been working on replacing my entire first level with oversized porcelain tile. Elite has finished my guest room, family room, kitchen and dining room. I will have the living room and bath completed next month. Typically, I do not write a review until the job is finished but I felt that I should let people know now about the quality of work. They have done an amazing job! I am extremely picky, especially with a project as big as this. The installers take their time and I could not be happier with the results. I am anxious to see everything when it is finished but so far 5 star for sure. I felt the pricing was good and they offer a huge selection of materials. Thank you Elite for taking the time to make our home beautiful. We absolutely love it.
WORST company EVER!!! DO NOT use them for anything! They will waste weeks of your time with people who do not know what they are doing. The sales person Jeff has ZERO idea what he's doing and is lazy. He never came to check to see if the tile matched the existing tile. Instead, they sent the installer over with tiles that aren't even close to matching, it wasn't even travertine which is what's on the floor (see pictures). Maybe they thought they can get away with it being that I'm the renter and the owner is in Texas, but we did not let them install the incorrect tile. The next week they came back with a better match but not enough tiles (we needed six tiles and he only had five. A good flooring company would always send extra tiles incase something breaks during installation but its apparent they were trying to be a cheap as possible.) So once again, the job CANNOT be done because the installer doesn't have enough. We waited another week for another order of tiles to come from California so there was enough. The third time the installer came, they were 4 hours late, they had only half of the tiles needed and had to go back to get the rest. He comes back and asks us for glue and grout for the tiles. He asked "US"... the tenants if we had that to complete the job. So the job once again wasn't completed and no tiles are on the floor. You can't get a hold of any management/owner when you call to complain about what's going on. It's a shame that the owner wouldn't want to know exactly what's bringing down their company or maybe its a true sign of the type of people who own this HORRIBLE business.**When you read reviews please notice the ones with 5 stars and make your own judgement on if those are real or just friends and family of the owners.**
