Tried going to their office twice to buy pro product and for installation for condos are right across the street from them both occasions during normal business hours they were not there so I could not purchase anything. I finally went to craigslist looked up a guy that sells flooring on craigslist paid $1.95 a square foot and $1.25 a square foot to install it.I would've given this guy first opportunity had they had the office open I spent about $6000 on both units
