I am interior designer and builder and after buying for my clients for diferent projects last time I bugth with Flooring concepts I had a bad experience with a Mohoak ingenering wood floor . We made a perfect instalation using the same team that we use for year using the same glue and mineral spirit to clean the floor . Everything like always we do for our clients after many year of experience . The floor has no sealer or bad manufacturing because of a low quality and Mohoak anf Flooring concepts did not take the responsibility for nothing . They make us wait for more than two months and at the end they rejected the claime with lies about our work and argumenting that they made microscopic test but they never came with a microscopio when they send the inspector . Do not buy . If you ever have a problem they will not help you . Lily shows no interest in following up to your claim . Worst service experience . Very disappointed!!!
