Everett was excellent. Professional & knowledgeable. The installers, Blessed Flooring were amazing. Everything was smooth from start to finish. They were very respectful & cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Forever floors!
About 3 weeks ago we visited Forever Floors to see if they could do a shower floor replacement because of water damage. The person helping us sent someone to look at our problem the next day. He was very nice and took some pictures and tested for moisture levels that showed up positive. Said he would sit down with the person at store we were working with to see if they could do it. We did not here anything for a few days and went back in store to see if she had come up with anything. She acted like she did not know what we were talking about. After explaining she was suppose to see what could be done and let us know in 2 to 3 days. After a week we gave up and went with someone else. All the other women were very friendly in the store and the gentleman that did the home visit That is why they get 3 instead of a 1. Just a simple phone call to tell us one way or another would have been nice and we could have just got someone else a little quicker.
Couldn't be happier with the result of our new floor. Everett was extremely helpful in helping us make a decision of the flooring and the installers did a magnificent job in installing the floor and cleaning up afterwards. Will definitely use for future projects.
We chose Forever Floors and Tile on a recommendation from Friends. Everett Wilson was an excellent designer and associate. We gave him our budget and he gave us several choices within our budget. The installation crew was awesome! They took such good care of our possessions and were great about cleaning everything up! Our little condo looks wonderful with brand new floors, we could not be happier! Thank you Everett and crew for a job well done! I am someone that always expects the best and this place and their employees did not disappoint! If we decide to do tile work in the bathrooms at a later date, we will absolutely choose Forever Floors and Tile!
From the moment I walked into the showroom and spoke with Jennifer to after Oliver installed the new tile backsplash in my kitchen, I have been impressed with the amazing customer service and professionalism of everyone at Forever Floor & Tile. I couldn't recommend them enough.They let me take several tile samples home so I could feel confident I was selecting the one I truly wanted and liked the best. Ben showed up the next day to take measurements and pick up all the samples. Jennifer was quick to send me a proposal on the two samples that I liked, and I was then able to make a final selection. The tile was ordered that day and within 3 weeks it was installed.Best of all, there were no surprises and the installer made sure that I was 100% satisfied before he left.I'm so happy I used them, and I absolutely love how it makes the kitchen look. Such a beautiful difference.
