EDIT - 9/3/25 - Well they have done it again and blew me away! I recently bought a new home and was immediately presented with an unsafe tripping hazard as my front porch was not level with my walkway. I decided to have Grand Strand Floors come out and take a look since I was very pleased with the work they did at my condo. I was expecting something nice but mostly functional to avoid any insurance issues with the gap. Imagine my excitement when they made my porch beautiful! They found very nice material and had it done very fast. As always the pricing was more than reasonable, and I even got to speak with the owner about my next project, a walk in shower! He picked out gorgeous materials and I am excited to get this next project on the schedule. Thanks for knocking it out of the park...again!I was beyond surprised with this company in EVERY aspect. I originally found them when looking for flooring to redo my condo. Their customer service is AMAZING, and one of the main reasons I ended with them compared to many others in the area. They got me a quick estimate with great pricing and even quoted me for install. It came out amazing! (See pictures)Because of their amazing service, I ended up following their food truck days, stopping in to say hi to everyone and grab a quick bite about once a month. One time I stopped by and they had a radio station doing raffles, and submitted a few entries to help out. I ended up winning a backsplash for my kitchen! We had a huge, ugly concrete lanai—almost 700 square feet—and Grand Strand Floors completely transformed it! From start to finish, the customer service was incredible. Wayne was so patient, helping us find the perfect grey color non-slip outdoor tile after letting us take home several samples to choose from.
