In 2022 we had flooring replaced due to a flood. Abba Floor Coverings was one of the companies recommended by BCAA. Luckily, we did choose Abba. Unfortunately, the flooring started to show deterioration and peeling in a variety of places. When we contacted Abba they informed us they were running into similar issues with the product, and they were removing it from their inventory. They also informed us the manufacturer was not honouring the warranty, but we were assured by Doug Culham that he would make it right. Doug was true to his word, even though the manufacturer accepted no responsibility. Abba Floor Coverings stepped right up and did the right thing and replaced the flooring at no cost to us. We are very grateful for the customer support we received from Abba Floor Coverings and highly recommend them. Marc Lalonde

Sarah was very helpful on sales, as was another receptionist that I'm sorry can't recall her name, their installers Murray (laminate) and Shea (tile and heated floors) did a very high-quality job on the install. I was able to borrow multiple samples overnight without fuss and the pricing was good. Thanks for being an important part of our sunroom project. The wall tile we went with is from the Cubics line and the laminate finish is Stone Hearth Oak

We had laminate flooring installed and baseboards put back on and caulked. The service we received from ABBA Floorcoverings in Nanaimo was exemplary. They were on time, worked hard throughout the day and were pleasant to be around. The entire job took 3 days and they were here for 3 consecutive days.
