I have had an amazing experience working with Andy and Chris. Andy is a great guy and was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process and Chris was very fast and had our floors done within a couple days!Even a month after instal when we had a problem with our toilet and needed to rip up the new floor, Andy had the tile guy here within a few days and finished within a couple hours!I highly recommend this company for anyone needed any type of flooring as ours looks amazing!!
Best place for buying flooring ever! The owner Andy is a lovely person and truly care about you and the project you are working on. We were very short on budget, and he did his best to accommodate what we needed with what we had. He even opened his store on a Saturday so we could buy the flooring to work on the weekend. That was very nice and thoughtful of him.I am very happy I came to motion Carpets :)
I'm over the moon happy with my experience at Motion Carpets! I worked with Andy in their show room and his installer Rafael. I had a situation where I needed a repair to existing carpet (stairs and master closet) They not only had a near perfect match, they could install it 3 days later, while my tenants were on holidays! Both Andy and Rafael were professional and personable! I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
I can't say enough good things about Andy and Chris. The level of customer service we received from them was unlike any we have experienced before. Chris was able to come in and get the job done super fast so we could get our house back together. Andy was super communicative throughout the whole process. He even made our reno experience much easier by assisting in ways that were above and beyond his role in the project. Super nice guys and I'm glad I was referred to them. I don't ever want to do another reno on a home, but if I do I won't consider anyone else except these guys to get my flooring done right.Also, our floor looks amazing.
Just had Andy and Chris completely redo my floors in Parksville. The job from start to finish was fantastic. Attention to detail, and schedule where very professional. Done right, done fast and the price was very competitive. Thanks guys for a job well done!
