Tylan kept us informed from the first walk through and estimate of what this project would entail and it all went as expected. No surprises! This is a trustworthy company with excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

Tylan installed hardwood floors in our family room. After he completed the floors he said he would be back within a couple of weeks to install the trim and transition pieces. Sadly This never happened. Our first attempt to contact him after not hearing back was ignored. Numerous other request to finish the jog were met with "next week" or "I'll get there soon". After over 2 months of not returned texts or empty promises of returning to finish the job we are now forced to find another solution as he never finished the work he was paid for and promised to finish. What made this worse was his demeanour which was unapologetic and flippant.
