United Floors (Nanaimo)

Marty is a friendly, incredibly approachable and helpful salesman at United who got us great value for our laminate floors that needed to be replaced through insurance. He was helpful with the selection process, which is a hard choice to make, by allowing us to take many different samples home, and explaining the pros an cons of the different brands and product lines. He was always quick to answer emails, calls or texts. He also took care of communication between the remediation company and the installers, I never had to do anything. In the end he helped us find a product that met all of our needs. We went with Torlys Rivera laminate for looks, durability and waterproofing. Derek and Shane from Stullwood Floors did an immaculate job with installation, paying attention to detail, levelling, finishing, making stain matched real wood transition upon request, and nicely made nosing for stairs. In the end I was left with a better looking and more properly installed floor than i had before.

Nico and I have been so grateful for the incredible support and guidance we’ve received from Marty at United Floors in Nanaimo. From the start, he has gone above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free for us. He listens so carefully to what we’re hoping to achieve and balances that with his own expertise, offering thoughtful suggestions that we wouldn’t have considered on our own. Two years ago we used United Floors Nanaimo to replace wood flooring in our kitchen/living/dining rooms. At the same time we replaced the tile in our entrance, main bath and laundry room. This year we wanted to do a master bath reno and only considered United for the job as we were so very pleased with their previous work. We contacted Marty and Monica again to help with the tile selection and design of our walk in shower. Choosing the right tile for us from thousands of small sample options can be a difficult task. They suggested ordering a box to lay out on the floor to make sure we were happy with our choice. Also, Monica made excellent recommendations on who to use for our vanity and countertop. Mrwan from Sama Tile again did the old tile removal and installation. The crew of Sama Tile's attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. We could not be happier with the end result and it all comes down to the talents of Marty, Monica and Mrwan. Again if we could give all those involved 6 stars we would.

Tania and the team at United are fantastic to work with. We have worked with them on several projects. Tania is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable about the products she sells, and has always taken great care of her clients. I highly recommend working with Tania for all your flooring needs.

We're hired United Floors in Nanaimo many times over the years and our recent experience with them was once again a 5-star experience. Marty Walton was fabulous to work with in every way. Brandon did an incredible job installing the carpet on a complicated staircase. I highly recommend them.
