I’ve purchased flooring from Vanguard on three different occasions now, and every time has been a great experience. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you let them know what you’re looking for and what type of space or application it’s for, they’ll take the time to explain your best options in detail. They really understand things like sound transfer, durability, and what materials are best suited for each use. I appreciate how they go over the specifications and help make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. Another thing I really like is that their pricing is flexible — they’re willing to work with you, especially for larger purchases. Unlike the big box stores where the price is fixed, Vanguard has always offered me a fair deal based on the volume I’ve bought. Overall, excellent service, quality products, and knowledgeable people. I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending Vanguard Flooring to friends and family.
