Total Design's showroom staff was incredible in helping us to find a great flooring/carpet combination to meet our vision. There was a small hiccup during installation, and Total Design's team went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy with the end result. You can trust them, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
These people do amazing work! We were needing our backsplash done so I made an appointment and met with Jo. She took her time to make sure I got what I wanted and was in constant contact throughout the whole process. I cannot speak highly enough of her! And, the installers did an impeccable job. They were timely (this is the only contractor I’ve worked with on my remodel that has been timely), clean, and did beautiful work! To top it off, the job was done about a half week earlier than expected due to my special order tile arriving early! I highly recommend Total Design. They will take great care of you!
Building a new home and we went with Total Design for flooring and tile for the whole home. They were very attentive and understanding with us changing our minds (MANY times to fit budget) We did have a small hiccup in having the tile laid wrong in one area but Keith and his team remedied the issue quickly. We really appreciate them working with us to give us a home we love! Definitely would recommend giving this place a try. They have quite a few design choices to choose from and they have everything from engineered hardwoods, tile, carpet, to toilets and plumbing fixtures.
I contacted Total Design to get a quote for new tile for my entry, kitchen and back splash. Keith the owner s very prompt in coming out to measure and give me a few ideas. When they came to do the work they hung plastic in the doorways to protect the rest of the house from as much dust as possible while tearing out old tile which they did much quicker then anticipated. The following day they began laying new tile. The tile layers that did my floors and back splash did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Total Design. I feel like my 32 year old home looks new again!
