Had laminate wood floors put in approximately 5-6 years ago and already they are cracking and lifting in several places. The installer was very rude and there has been no customer support when I called to question why this is happening. When we purchased them, I was told with proper care, they would last for SEVERAL years and we have definitely been very careful with them. We have had other floors in my house replaced with AMAZING customer service and better durability from another company!! If someone is reading this review and wants to know the better place to go, respond to this message. NEVER will be returning to Kings Flooring!! HUGE and EXPENSIVE mistake!!!

We are truly thankful for all they did to help make our basement amazing. Thank you so much you guys are top notch and know your flooring inside and out. King’s Flooring provided no follow-up customer service. When I phoned to say the carpet was developing ridges, I was told to send in pictures. By the time the ridges were visible in pictures, I was told I was just past the warranty period, and besides the installer had been fired! In the 3 years I’ve had the carpet, I have spent over $500 having it repeatedly stretched, and ridges are forming again. I would not recommend this company.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Nick took the time to help us select the right carpet and colour that would hold up over the years with our dogs. Really accommodating working around my renovation schedule. Compared to other carpet stores in the area, the price was less than half than other stores for the same quality of carpet. On top of that, the quote went down over $600 after final measurements were made.

The installer Brent did an amazing job on the stairs and bedrooms. The finished project surpassed our hopes. His care and attention to detail is something that only comes with years of experience.

I would and have recommended King's Flooring to my friends.
