DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Charged in full for two orders that were placed without confirming correct quantity available for sale. They treated us like shit like it was our fault and hung up on us. Very very disappointed. Never again will we be going here.
We bought an 8X10 rug a couple of months ago. It was all different materials woven together. We thought we loved it.When we received it, it looked like a flaw in the carpet in the corner. It may well have been the way it was supposed to look, but we didn't care for it. We called Mark Anthony at the store and told him about it. There was never anything like "that's what it's supposed to look like..." Immediately, he offered to replace it, give us another selection, even a refund. We wanted a replacement. We went back to the store and did just that. The original carpet was the way it was supposed to be, and he showed us what the same replacement would be. We didn't like it, so he let us select another carpet, had it delivered and picked up the other one. NOW THAT'S SERVICE. I recommend Modern Home Design and Mark Anthony without reservation!

Where do I even start! My wife & I were blown away with the customer service we received at Modern Home Design. We visited many tile stores for our shower remodel. We ended up going with Modern home since the tile selection & customer service was unbeatable! Thank you Brett for all your help!
