Excellent work done by the crew that came to our home. They had to pull up the carpeting before installing the floors and did the work quickly; the end result was fantastic. I was really impressed with the team at Carolina in home flooring. I asked David for multiple quotes and variations and he always turned them around so quickly and kindly even calling me to make sure I had thought through the type of floor I wanted (I.e. how my pets may impact the floors, safety on stairs…)Install was so quick after placing the order. Marcos team was prompt and BIG! They had all hands on deck and were able to replace 2 sets of stairs, one hallway, and three bedrooms in one day. Everyone was extremely polite and thoughtful. When they were finished, you could barely tell anyone had done any work - apart from the beautiful floors of course- because of how well they cleaned up after themselves.The rebate through Costco made their pricing even more competitive. I’d highly recommend!
We loved our experience from start to finish! David was very friendly and answered all my questions. He was very accommodating and quick to respond. The day of installation the crew arrived on time and worked all day to finish up by the evening. The carpet looks beautiful and feels amazing!!! We couldn’t be happier!!
